Kolob Care and Rehabilitation of St. George is unlike many other facilities which have additional charges for services such as laundry, use of an adaptive device, or for a feeding program. The daily rate includes nursing services, meals, as well as support activities, housekeeping, social programming, and social services. We are Medicare/VA/Medicaid Certified and licensed by the State of Utah Division of Facility Services Nursing Home Licensure & Certification Section. We continuously uphold these standards to provide the best quality and care to every individual’s stay with us. One of our admissions counselors will assess the ability of the potential resident for eligibility requirements of these programs. There will be an additional charge for personal phone, and professional beautician services.
Also, somewhere on the link we need to advertise our private rehab suites which are unique in our area. We offer private rehab suites to the short term residents who come for rehabilitation with the goal to return home. The suite includes an electric bed, flat screen TV, cable, personal telephone, and a spacious sitting area. Each person has a room to himself or herself on a separate designated hall.
