The admission personnel at Kolob Care and Rehab is dedicated to offer full-service transition to our Rehab Center and to provide a warm and compassionate environment for your health and healing process.

Our goal is to provide prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous responses to any admission inquiry. The only one of a its kind Concierge Service will offer the amenities that can bring you peace of mind while you are focusing on your rehabilitation back to health.

Some our Amenities include: Large spacious private rooms, complimentary flat screen TV and telephone services. Full meal service and snacks are provided daily. Access to our in-house Bistro with internet access, patio areas that offer comfort and relaxation for patients and their guests. Visiting hours are unrestricted.
