Kolob Care and Rehabilitation of St. George is the largest skilled nursing facility in Southern Utah.  We were built in 2001 with an addition in 2006.  Kolob offers private suites and semi-private accommodations with a variety of amenities. 

We are Medicare and Medicaid certified.  As a courtesy to our patients, we will also bill private insurance.  We specialize in short term rehabilitation and recovery, palliative care, memory care, and long term care.  Because we offer so many different care specialties under the same roof, we can conveniently meet the needs of our patients in the facility.
